FAQ

1. What areas do you cover?

I currently provide services all over the Fylde coast, from Fleetwood to Lytham St Annes. If you’re unsure whether you’re within my range, feel free to get in touch!

2. Are you insured and DBS-checked?

Yes, I am fully insured and DBS-checked for your peace of mind. This is available to see upon request at the meet and greet. I am also trained in pet first aid and working on my training certification.

3. What cleaning services do you offer?

I provide general house cleaning, deep cleaning and targeted upholstery cleaning. Let me know your specific needs, and I’ll be happy to tailor my services.

4. How long are the dog walks?

Standard walks are 45 minutes but I can adjust the length to suit your dog’s needs.

5. Can you walk my dog with others or individually?

I only offer single household or solo walks. I am willing to walk dogs from separate households that have a pre-existing relationship, upon request.

6. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or dog walking equipment?

I can provide cleaning supplies for a small additional fee, or I’m happy to use the products you supply. For dog walking, I ask that you provide a lead and any other items your dog might need. I provide my own poo bags and floaties/toys for adventure walks.

7. What happens if the weather is bad?

For dog walks, I’ll always prioritize your dog’s safety. In extreme weather, I may shorten the walk or reschedule, but I’ll keep you informed.

8. How do I book your services?

You can book by contacting me directly via Whatsapp, email or text. Due to the nature of the business I am not always able to answer the phone, If you would rather talk over the phone please either leave a voicemail or let me know in your message.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, however, I understand this is not always possible. Any deposits taken are non refundable.

10. Do you offer a meet-and-greet for dog walking/pet sitting?

Yes! A meet-and-greet is essential to get to know your pet(s) and discuss their needs before starting services. Once we have discussed availability, we will book in a meet and greet to confirm that I am the best fit for you and your pet(s).

11. Do you accept XL Bullies?

Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t cover XLs. I am hoping to find an insurance company that will cover them as I don’t don’t believe in bad breeds, just bad owners.
